Heat pump air-conditioning system

We have developed Heat pump air conditioning system integrated power train cooling, comfortable cabin environment control and battery cooling. We have R&D capabilities with synchronous development, CAE analysis, system matching and validation of various parts of the thermal management systems, which can fulfill the requirement of domestic and overseas customer.
Thermal management module

Based on heat pump systems, we have developed integrated refrigerant and coolant flow circuit. The integrated thermal system provide customer the benefit of efficient energy distribution, compact configuration, cost saving and reduced system leakage.
Air conditioner

We have provided customer the solutions for traditional and electric vehicle air-conditioning systems, with synchronous development, validation and R&D resource. Based on customer requirements, we have developed solutions for front/rear air conditioning, as well as single zone, double zone, triple zone and four zone temperatures and modes. We continue to develop air conditioning with high efficiency, small size, low NVH and comfort environment to meet increasing customer demands.
Condenser

We have the capability to design, to validate and to develop condensers. We have developed modular design, which can meet the requirement of domestic and overseas customer with various design combinations of relevant parts. We continue to optimize and improve structural design, new material application and manufacturing process.
Radiator, CAC (Charge Air Cooler)

We have supplied Powertrain cooling portfolio (radiator, CAC and cooling module) of commercial vehicle and passenger car to global OEMs. We have R&D capability to meet the requirement of domestic and overseas’ customer. We continue to develop high performance, high strength, and lightweight products with new material application, structural design and manufacturing process optimization for customer.
Air conditioning compressor

We have supplied electric compressor for electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle to global OEMs. It adopts integrated inverter and scroll compressor structure, with precisely progressive pressure change, synchronized suction/exhaust, and low working noise & high efficiency.
Electronic refrigerant valve

We have supplied electric refrigerant valve assembly of advanced ball design to global OEMS. The valve has 2-way flow in cooling and heat-pump modes. Integrated three functions(expansion, flow rate control and flow direction change), our valve can be adjusted quickly, accurately and in wide flow rate control range with LIN communication . The flow rate control can be adjusted with customer demands and can be quickly switched in different work modes.
