Water pump

We provide with electric water pump, mechanical water pump, etc. We have R&D capabilities for independent innovation in international first-class water pump assembly. We have synchronous development, test verification and stable supply capabilities in various subsystems of engine cooling system. We have many patents and continuously optimize and improve structural design, new material application and manufacturing process to meet customer requirements for product diversification and quality assurance. The electric water pump adopts the integrated design of impeller and motor rotor, as well as that of water pump and brushless motor. The controller can adjust the speed of the water pump according to ECU instruction and feedback the failure mode.
Oil pump

We supply electric oil pump, mechanical oil pump, variable/fixed oil pump, etc. We have synchronous development, test verification and stable supply capabilities in lubrication system and its various subsystems. The electric oil pump adopts brushless motor and the speed can be adjusted through controlling scheme. The inlet and outlet oil ducts, oil distribution grooves and controlling of oil ducts have been optimized for excellent performance.
Electric supplementary water pump

We provide electric supplementary water pump products suitable for the cooling of turbochargers in fuel-powered vehicles. They use DC brushless motor and have communication function of PWM/LIN protocol. They can diagnose failure mode, protect and feedback. By adjusting the pump lift and flow, they can meet the needs of different working conditions of the vehicle. They have the characteristics of high working efficiency, light weight and low noise.
Tandem pump

It adopts the structure of full MAP variable displacement oil pump, applying advanced technologies such as vacuum lubrication, bearing wear resistance and tandem pump assembly, etc. with advantages of lightweight and space saving.
Electromagnetic clutch water pump

It adopts clutch second-stage speed adjustable structure, reducing the power consumption of the engine and filling a technical gap in domestic commercial vehicle water pump.
Vacuum pump

It adopts through single rotary vane structure, which is simple and reliable. The pump cavity curve has been optimized to reduce vibration and noise, as well as friction and wear, to meet acceleration and dynamic characteristics.
Secondary air pump

The mechanical part adopts the vortex blower structure with high output pressure. The motor is driven by BLDC permanent magnet motor, which runs smoothly and reliably with long service life. The controller is integrated and the control method is PWM. The speed can be adjusted and the applicable working range is wide.
Turbocharger
